Each year so many of us try and make New Year’s Resolutions and many of us last only a few months. This year, perhaps try and keep them going all year. What does this take? For some it takes personal drive, encouragement of family and friends, a new or worsening health condition, but for whatever reason you decide, this year is going to be different.
