Today was a birthday at work and I tried this cake. I found this extremely delicious and would love to try myself. I found this recipe from Paula Deen and said “hey!” this seems very easy and will give it a try! There are many modification you can do, I found some while reading other recipe posts and comment. You can try adding coconut, chocolate chips, caramel sauce, etc. Not sure which is best but maybe try them all until you find that “sweet spot” for you and your family to enjoy. Remember on your weight loss journey not to miss out on the occasional treat for yourself. Portion size is always very important and you can always use lower calorie/fat/sugar substitutes.
